In the process of this dramatic transformation, Sandi and her new husband Jim Atkins were married. They decided to include this 3 car garage with an upstairs office/apartment to the project to store Jim's beautiful cars and give them a cozy home office. This garage was designed to blend well with the addition and original old farm house already on site.

Pharr Garage48 viewsWe built this detached garage with appartment above for Scott & Cheryl Pharr in Hayes, Virgina. This was our second time building for the Pharrs. We originally built their log weekend home on this property. They decided to make it their full time home and we came back down and added this garage and an addition to their beautiful log home.
